Collection Instructions

Sterility checks should be performed on portions of skin, bone or tissue harvested from operative procedures both immediately after specimen removal and again before re-implantation into the patient.

Submit an aliquot of the sterile saline used to rinse the graft material in a sterile, leak proof container.

Deliver to laboratory as soon as possible.
