Collection Instructions

  1. Brucella may be cultured from blood, cerebrospinal and other body fluids, and tissues.

  2. Collect specimen according to appropriate collection protocol.

  3. Deliver to laboratory IMMEDIATELY.

  4. Please note that Brucella is suspected so that proper cultivation procedures may be employed
