Antibody titer testing for antibodies to double-stranded DNA using the Crithidia luciliae indirect immunofluorescence test is part of the evaluation of patients with clinical features of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or at-risk for disease

 

This test should not be used independently for the diagnosis and management of patients with SLE.
