The WBC result is < 3.0 /Ul or >25,000 /uL
% granulocytes <35.0 or >99.0
%lymphocytes >55.0
Eosinophils are >13%
Basophils are >4%
Monocytes are >20%
MCV <72.0 OR >105.0
MCH <25.0
MCHC >36.6
RDW >20.0
PLTC <50,000 OR > 700,000
Absolute Lymphocyte count of 5.00 on any adult (age 16 or older) with an inverted electronic differential
If a 5-part electronic differential is not availbable.
An NRBC is seen in a patient with HGB
a 5 part electronic differential is not available.
A patient has had 25 or more bands on a previous differential (same illness time frame)
Any WBC IP message from the analyzer.
