Accepted Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am until 1:00 pm.

≥ 20,000,000 sperm / mL
Volume ≥ 2 mL
Motility > 50%
Reference Ranges and morphology classification per 2010 World Health Organization, Fifth Edition Standards: Sperm Concentration: greater or equal to 15million/ml
Total Sperm/ejaculate: greater or equal to 39 million.
Method
Light microscopy. Morphology completed by pathologist.

Special Handling
Keep warm after collection.
Deliver to laboratory within one (1) hour.
Patient must abstain from intercourse for three (3) days prior to collection.
Avoid the use of a condom due to the presence of spermicide.
Patient MUST fill out questionaire when dropping of specimen to Laboratory.
